Working With Sydney
Reach Out!
Reach out, and Sydney will get in touch with you within 48 -72 hours. Sydney travels often and may be out of service, but will get back with you when she is able.
2. Receive Information
Depending on your request, Sydney will reach out with information, pricing and a contract. There may be a call needed before this step to ensure the project is well understood. Contract fees may apply.
3. Payment-Half up front
Once the project is determined, and the date is set, to lock in the date, half of the payment must be paid before the shoot and contract signed.
4. Photoshoot/Video Day
Sydney will provide you with all details needed to prep for the shoot before hand. Depending on the complexities of the shoot, she will ensure all details are handled, including location and assisting with clothing/styling. All payment must be paid before this time.
5. Delivery
Depending on the project and Sydney’s work load, delivery will take anywhere from 2-7 weeks. Sydney will be in contact with you throughout this whole process. Your work will be delivered in a link with a download code. Please download the work within a week or two of delivery. Sydney will delete images to prepare for new client work on this site.
6. Post Delivery (portrait session)
One of the forms you will sign before working with Sydney is a media form and the contract. These state the copyright laws and your ability to use the images. You may not put any crops, edits or filters on the images or sell any of the images. Sydney owns all work that is produced.
